Download this archive.
And unpack it to "\SteamApps\common\Outlast\Binaries" when it ask to replace Win32/win64 folders chose "yes".
Keys:
Key 1 - changing presets.
Key 2 hold - low preset.
Key 3 - changing camera UI presets.
It works for both win32/win64(test version) .
Go to ..C:\users\....\Documents\my games\Outlast\OLGame\Config\OLEngine.ini
Change
AllowNvidiaStereo3d=False
To
AllowNvidiaStereo3d=True
