Mortal Kombat 11 3DMigoto Fix v2.0 by DJ-RK

Update history:

-Got it working again! ... mostly. See Unfixed / Known Issues section below.
-Changed some keybinds and removed previous effect toggles
-Simplified autoconvergence preset handling. See Keybindings section for details

-Fixed regex regression error causing broken effects on stages. Now fixed for all stages
-Added a separate d3dx.ini file to be used with Endri's FPS Cap Remover. Is located in folder called 60FPSMod. Overwrite the d3dx.ini file in the game's installation folder with this. (no longer relevant)

-Fixed a few additional broken stage effects on Wu-shi Dragon Grotto, Blackmarket Alley, and Kotal's Kolosseum stages

Fixed:

-All lighting & shadows (*all except one mentioned below)
-Tile lighting clipping
-Reflections
-Light shafts / God rays
-Volumetric fog & smoke
-All halos and miscellaneous broken effects

User Interface Features:

-Separate convergence + HUD depth presets for during fights, fatalities & fatal blows, inside the Krypt, and the various menu screens
-Scene detection which will automatically transition between the presets based on what's happening on screen
-Several keybindings which allow you to cycle through preset values
-HUD overlay which displays a message showing which option you are changing and to which value when using the built in keybindings

Keybindings:

F1: Cycles between 3 different preset values for during fights
F2: Cycles between 3 different preset values during fatalities and fatal blows
F3: Cycles between 3 different preset values while exploring the Krypt
F4: Cycles through HUD depth % settings: 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50
F5: Disables HUD
F6: Show Help dialog

-The key for setting Fatalties and Fatal Blows convergence must be used during a Fatality or Fatal Blow for it to save the setting. 
-Same thing for the Krypt convergence setting key, it must be pressed while in the Krypt to take effect.
*Note: Technically Fatalities/Fatal Blows and the Krypt both utilize the same preset, so if you set it for one it will set it for the other as well, however note that Krypt convergence presets are higher than the Fatals presets.

Installation:

-Extract fix contents to the ..\Mortal Kombat 11\Binaries\Retail\ folder

In game settings:

-Disable Motion Blur
-Use either FXAA or Off Anti-Aliasing settings (any TAA option adds artifacts)

Unfixed / Known Issues:

-There is some lighting in the Soul Chamber stage that is in mono
-Distant environmental geometry in the Krypt flickers/disappears due to occlusion culling method used in this game, which does not match the known methods in other games which can be fixed (CryEngine games, Batman: Arkham Knight)
-Some shadows cast from CS light sources have some blocky/pixelated edges to them
-Some smoke in the Krypt and during fatal blows background are a little broken. This was fixed before and broken each update, and I'm just too lazy to even bother with this one every time tbh
