3Dmigoto 3D Vision DX11 Fix

What This Does:
- Fixes shadows, skybox, bloom, lens flares and most reflections
- Disables SSAO
- Places the HUD and UI (including mouse cursor) at a fixed depth. The depth can be changed in the d3dx.ini file
- Adds the following keybind:
Remaining issues:
- Water reflections look a little incorrect
Installation:
- Download this ZIP file and extract it into the game directory
Additional Notes:
- For Anti-Aliasing, don't use TAA
- The game resolution needs to be the same as the desktop resolution. Otherwise the game may crash.
