TIMEframe

What this fix does:
- Fixes haloing issues, sun shafts & HUD

Installation:
- Download this ZIP file and extract the contents into the directory "..\TIMEframe\"
- Use Nvidia Inspector to assign "TIMEframe.exe" to the profile "3D-Hub Player". (For instructions on how to assign profiles, see this guide)

Additional Notes:

- If the fix doesn't enable at first, adjust the convergence up or down to enable it.
