3D Vision fix for Skyrim Special Edition, which uses a DirectX 11 renderer. Made by masterotaku and DJ-RK. It was possible to do thanks to the 3Dmigoto developers.

Download link v10 (7z) (yes, the file still says v8. That's normal) in the installation steps.

Link updated on 2021-12-13.

Changelog (last update: 2021-12-13)
v10:
- Updated the 3Dmigoto "d3d11.dll" to one that triggers 3D Vision in borderless mode too.
- Smoother crosshair while also needing less samples. The drawback is that it can't go into negative separation.
- Fixed the world space crosshair and arrow prediction line from the SmoothCam mod.
- Perfect god rays fix, with real volume this time in the air, matching the path they're supposed to follow.
- Perfect fix for screen space reflections. I have also improved their quality and extended the amount of geometry they can reflect. You can go back to default by pressing both F6 and shift+F6.
- Fixed ambient occlusion. Some underlying "texture" from ambient occlusion is at full depth, so with high convergence and closeup objects you may see something a bit strange sometimes, but it's known. Definitely better than default state.
- A lot more specular reflections are now stereoized with realistic depth, with a few exceptions.
- Water fix changed to regex in a cleaner way (no difference for you, but it may catch some distant stray shader not caught before).
- Removed the option to put specular reflections at surface depth.
- Removed the curvature options for the HUD. They became useless once dynamic crosshair came into play.

Changelog (last update: 2019-07-04)
v9:
- Updated 3Dmigoto to 1.3.16.
- The crosshair and HUD are now dynamic by default, because it's what I use the most.
- Better god rays fix, with good convergence scaling (rays sticking to surfaces).
- "Fake" water reflections are now at full depth. It's more realistic than before. Use the F6 hotkey to return to the old behavior.
- Fixed screen space reflections, partially. They are good now for horizontal surfaces like water, but vertical surfaces (like some walls) are still be imperfect.

v8 (IMPORTANT):
- Updated 3Dmigoto to 1.3.11 (compatible with ReShade, as I've tested).
- I have made the crosshair truly dynamic. Remember to press the "." hotkey once, twice or three times to use it.
- 120Hz are forced in "d3dx.ini". Change "refresh_rate=120" to something else or comment it if 120Hz isn't your refresh rate.

v7:
- Updated 3Dmigoto to 1.2.50. It solves an issue with the dll.

v6:
- Added another fixed water shader.
- Updated 3Dmigoto to the 1.2.49 version. That means that importing a profile isn't needed anymore. Fake 3D is disabled by default.

v5:
- Added another shader to the bloom toggle (bloom lens flares).
- Changed the HUD on/off hotkey to "k" instead of "l", to not interfere with the map.
- Changed the SLI compatibility bits in the profile.

Fixed
- Shadows.
- Lighting.
- Water.
- Screen space reflections.
- Snow particles on surfaces.
- Skybox (clouds, sun, moon, stars, etc).
- God rays.
- Realistic specular reflections.
- Ambient occlusion.

Not fixed
- Parallax occlusion mapping mods (optional). The effect is flat in the surface.

Installation
- Unzip the contents of the fix (this file) in the root folder of the game ("Skyrim Special Edition"), where "SkyrimSE.exe" is.
- Launch the game (the normal way or with "skse64_loader.exe", if you use mods with that need it) and let the game overwrite the profile.

Hotkeys
- "F1": five convergence presets (16, 25, 35, 50, 80). 35 by default. Change them in "d3dx.ini" if you don't like them.
- "F2": static HUD depth presets, used when you disable dynamic HUD.
- "F3": bloom on/off. Not disabled by default.
- "F4": fog on/off. Not disabled by default and not intended to be disabled.
- "F6": screen space reflections quality. Improved by default. Disabling this affects the following hotkey too.
- "shift + F6": amount of reflected geometry for screen space reflections. Improved by default.
- "y": blood on screen effect. Not disabled by default.
- "v": HUD X axis curvature presets. 0 by default. The other values are 1 and -1.
- "b": HUD Y axis curvature presets. 0 by default. The other values are 1 and -1.
- "n": general HUD curvature setting. Curvature is disabled by default.

- "ctrl + .": dynamic crosshair. Press once to make the crosshair dynamic. Press twice to put the entire HUD at that dynamic depth. Press three times to make every HUD element have its own depth (can be glitchy because it's per vertex). Press four times to disable it. All HUD + crosshair are dynamic by default (so the explanation before doesn't say it in the correct order).
- "k": HUD on/off. It's on by default. It will disable all menus, letters, cursors, etc.
- "0" (not the numpad): dynamic HUD samples. More samples mean more smoothness but also more GPU usage. 4000 samples by default. Presets are 1000, 4000, 8000, 12000 and 18000.

Pressing "shift" and one of those hotkeys will make their presets cycle backwards, for those that are more than just toggles (except 0).

FAQ
Q: Does this work with mods?
A: This fix has been tested with the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/266/?) and also with and without some graphical mods, like Realistic Water Two (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/2182/?). I have also tried texture mods, which don't modify any shaders and shouldn't give any problems. ReShade works fine as of v8 update.
Fixed the crosshair and arrow prediction line from SmoothCam.

Q: There are too many hotkeys! They interfere with my custom binds or console commands. Can I disable some of them or change their key?
A: Yes. Open the "d3dx.ini" file and search the hotkey you want to delete or change. The sections are "[Key1]", "[Key2]" and so on. Delete them and the lines below them, or edit the "Key = " line. I have included descriptions so you will know which is which. You can also change the default value of variables. It's above the hotkeys section.

Q: X effect is broken since Y game update or Z essential mod. How can I let you know?
A: It's probably best if you post in this thread (https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/969381/3d-vision/the-elder-scrolls-v-skyrim-special-edition/1/) in the 3D Vision discord rather than in this blog post. But feel free to post here. I'll try to check often.
