geo-11 fix for Dying Light, with all expansions tested. This fix is unrelated to the previous ones that DHR and 4everAwake made.

Fixed
- Shadows.
- Lighting.
- Specular reflections at realistic depth.
- Parallax occlusion mapping.
- Light shafts and sun position.
- Lens flares (but disabled the annoying type).
- Radial blur.
- Motion blur.
- Water.
- Screen space reflections (including on water).
- Rain on the ground effect.
- HBAO+.
- Crosshairs and other quest marker icons and text at dynamic depth.
- The main menu screens now have native depth.

Known issues
- HUD depth may not be perfect at all times because of too much complexity or conflicts.
- Motion blur, even though it's fixed, makes weapons/arms look a bit blurry in movement, most likely because of the different FOV that they have compared to the rest of things. I recommend disabling motion blur in the options.
- Avoid the 1366x768 resolution specifically. It's broken for geo-11.

Installation
geo-11 (with build v0.6.182): download this file and extract its contents in the "Dying Light" folder, where "DyingLightGame.exe" is. Remember to edit "d3dxdm.ini" to change your "direct_mode" to the output you need. It's "sbs" by default. For 3D Vision monitors, only the "nvidia_dx9" mode works, with the game set to fullscreen mode beforehand.
- Launch the game.
- Make sure that in the game options, "HUD" is set to "Full". The presence of the minimap is what I use to know when I should make crosshairs and other elements have depth.

Hotkeys
F1: convergence presets (0, 0.125, 0.166667, 0.25, 0.5, 1, 2). 0.25 by default.
F2: HUD depth presets (0%, 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, 100%) for static elements. 0% by default.
F3: this makes the game forcefully think gameplay is going on, to make dynamic crosshairs work when HUD is set to "Hide navigation". But I don't recommend this.
Right mouse click or Xbox left trigger (holding them): very low convergence preset that only triggers for some weapons, intended for iron sights (for non melee weapons, but there can be some false negatives because of conflicts).
